Booking Counselling
Before counselling begins, we ask all new clients to complete a Referral Form. This helps us understand your circumstances, identify your support needs, and ensure we match you with the most appropriate counsellor or service.
Where appropriate, we may also carry out an initial assessment to discuss your goals, answer any questions, and explain how counselling can support you.
