Supervised Contact provides a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment where children can spend time with a parent or family member when ongoing support or supervision is required. Our aim is to promote positive, meaningful contact while ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and best interests of the child at all times.
Booking Supported Contact
Community Supervised Contact allows children and families to spend time together in the community while maintaining the reassurance of professional supervision. Rather than taking place within our contact centre, these sessions are held at agreed public locations such as parks, cafés, museums, soft play centres, or other family-friendly venues that are appropriate for the child's age and needs.
Virtual Contact provides children and families with the opportunity to maintain regular and meaningful contact through secure video or telephone calls when face-to-face contact is not possible or appropriate. This service offers a safe and structured way for children to stay connected with a parent or family member, regardless of distance or individual circumstances.
Supported Handovers provide a safe, neutral, and child-focused way for children to be transferred between parents or carers without the need for direct contact between the adults. This service is designed to reduce conflict, minimise stress for children, and ensure that handovers take place in a calm, respectful, and supportive environment.
Monitored Contact provides families with a safe, child-focused environment where children can spend time with a parent or family member while maintaining an appropriate level of oversight. Unlike Supervised Contact, a contact worker is not continuously present throughout the session. Instead, staff carry out regular welfare checks and remain available at all times to offer support if needed.
Indirect Contact provides children and family members with a safe and structured way to maintain communication when direct face-to-face or virtual contact is not appropriate or has not yet been established. This service allows parents, grandparents, or other family members to stay connected through letters, cards, drawings, photographs, emails, or other agreed forms of communication.

We work alongside parents, carers, and professionals to strengthen family relationships, improve communication, and support the wellbeing of everyone involved.
Our Parenting Programmes are designed to support parents and carers in developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to build positive, healthy relationships with their children. Whether you are navigating separation, adjusting to changes in family life, or simply looking to strengthen your parenting skills, our programmes provide practical guidance in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.
Our Counselling Service provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space for individuals, parents, children, young people, and families to explore the challenges they may be facing. Our Respite Care Service provides temporary, planned support for children and families when parents or carers need a short break from their caring responsibilities. We understand that caring for a child can be both rewarding and demanding, and taking time to rest and recharge can help families maintain positive, healthy relationships and promote the wellbeing of everyone involved.
Our Mediation Service provides a safe, impartial, and confidential environment where individuals and families can work together to resolve disputes and make informed decisions without the need for lengthy or costly court proceedings. We understand that conflict can be stressful and emotionally challenging, particularly where children and family relationships are involved. Our experienced mediators are committed to helping all parties communicate effectively, explore practical solutions, and reach mutually acceptable agreements.
Our Safeguarding Consultation Service provides professional advice, guidance, and specialist support to organisations, professionals, schools, childcare providers, and families who require expert safeguarding input. We understand that safeguarding concerns can be complex and sensitive, and making the right decisions is essential to protecting children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
